As a way to encourage more referrals we are offering a referral incentive to all of our current and past customers.

If you are interested, here is how it works. If you refer someone to Maple Leaf and they sign up for any of our services over $500, we will pay you between $50 and $250. And better yet, you can receive this referral bonus for as many people as you refer. This payment is based on how much your referral spends with us using the following tiered structure.

• $500 to $1,500 you reeive $50
• $1,501 to $3,000 you receive $75
• $3,001 to $5,000 you receive $100
• $5,001 to $7,500 you receive $150
• $7,501 to $10,000 you receive $200
• Over $10,000 you receive $250
