Maple Leaf Inc, is pleased to announce the merger and acquisition of Superlawns, LLC. The
merger took place on February 15, 2009. As a result, the fertilizer division of Maple Leaf will
be called Superlawns by Maple Leaf.

This merger unites the expertise of both entities to form one customer-focused, qualitydriven
green industry company with greatly expanded capabilities. The merger will allow our
